 EA-Equine Breeding Project

My Goal is to breed horses from the base-game breeds/randomized horses to obtain foals that look decent. The idea is to not 'fix' or customize aspects of the horses/foals and to see if it is possible to consistantly get anything decent out of the base horses when mixing breeds.

The rules:

1.) 'Starter' horses must be a EA breed or 'Randomized' EA horse.
2.) Traits of 'Starter' Horses must be randomized. (3 roll limit)
3.) Horses may only have one foal each. (even if its terrible!)
4.) The resulting foals must be used regardless of appearance.

The Goals:

1.) Obtain 'decent' looking foals from EA horses.
2.) Get to at least Generation 10+

Finally got my new video card and a bit of extra RAM so hopefully I can get back into Simming. The only problem being that I no longer have any of my old sims/worlds/coats which is definitely no fun since that Dapple Coat was probably my all time favorite thing i've done in Sims 3 Pets so far!

I've found myself more and more curious about starting a little breeding project to see if it is possible to get good looking foals out of base game horses who have not been edited. I've had mixed results in the past with foals bred and there have been more than a few oddballs that my sister has sneakily bred to some of my horses that i've actually liked.

This little guy for example is pretty neat looking despite being an unrealistic mess.
